The highly durable microfiber cloth is particularly recommended for cleaning surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms, making it an ideal alternative to a cleaning sponge.

Saving spraying agent and less pumping effort thanks to pressure regulation
The acid (red) and caustic (blue) 5 liter pressure compression sprayers Clean-Matic 5 P and 5 E are now equipped with the unique PR 3 pressure regulating valve (image) as a standard. The user selects any pressure from 1 to 3 bar on the valve's adjusting wheel and the valve ensures a constant pressure during application. This results in a constant liquid flow over the entire device pressure range (max. 10 bar). This saves up to 30% spraying agent. In addition, you have to pump less up to 30 Prozent and the spraying time is massively extended. The PR 3 is available in an acid and an alkali resistant variant. It is suitable as an accessory for all manually operated backpack sprayers and compression sprayers with a filling capacity of 3 liters or more.

New Product design clarifies scope of application
At CMS Berlin, Buzil will be presenting four points that enhance its new product design at its stand in Hall 2.2 (image). First, each label features a photo. It makes clear for which area of application the respective product is essentially suitable. Secondly, the corresponding color code supports the idea of conveying the cleaning area at a glance with little text overall. Thirdly, there are various icons that make important product properties visible - such as whether the product can be used on ESD surfaces. And fourthly, the umbrella brand tells the cleaner that the cleaning agent was manufactured by Buzil. This gives them the certainty that they are holding a proven quality product in their hands.

One adapter to do it all
Charlott produkte Dr. Rauwald GmbH announces that it has further improved its Oszilla system (image) to make it more user-friendly. A common accident which impacts all cleaning machines occurs when no pads are mounted and subsequently the expensive drive plate is ruined. The exhibitor's novel adapter made of flexible and resistant plastic is the perfect solution here. If an accident should happen, one needs only a new adapter, so the Oszilla always remains ready for use. Since the adapter from Charlott produkte Dr. Rauwald not only protects the machine, but also acts as an intermediary between the machine and the cleaning pads, it is much easier to change them. This means that the Oszilla can be used in an even more time-efficient manner. The adapter is already included as part of the exhibitor's Oszilla Pro package – without a price increase.

This increases delivery reliability and reduces CO₂ emissions. Jöst also produces its own energy with its own solar, wind and battery system and is thus well on the way to energy self-sufficiency. At CMS Berlin 2023, the company will be presenting the two products CRUSTY® and ecoPad as innovations in Hall 1.2, Stand 201. CRUSTY® (image above) removes limescale or other dirt from glass, stainless steel, tiles - without scratching the surface. The ecoPad (bottom image) is a microfibre made from plant residues and is thus absolutely sustainable.

Soniq platform represents the digital backbone of professional cleaning
Time-consuming administrative processes are not economical, failure to keep an overview of one's own machinery leads to inefficient planning, and a lack of information on the condition of a building can result in dissatisfied customers. With the new soniq IQ platform (image), such failings become a thing of the past. The platform provides building service contractors and other cleaning employees with a modern operating system for professional building cleaning. It consists of four modules and a secure data connection so it can be integrated into existing IT/ERP systems and a modern customer interface. Those who want to make a gradual start can test the system on a small scale first. Then, the system is rolled out bit by bit with the help of the software experts of the Soniq Service GmbH. With its four modules – crew, tool, space and business – soniq IQ has every step of building cleaning services covered.

Ergonomic solution for tidy, clean, and safe workplaces
The Toucan (image) is an efficient and innovative concept for combating leaks. Thanks to its product advantages, it replaces traditional absorbents such as granules or sawdust. The concept consists of the Toucan trolley and its absorbent, the Fibercan+. The absorbent consists of cellulose fibers that directly encapsulate a wide variety of liquids. It leaves a dry, non-slip surface. The absorbent is then collected again and passed through the sieve integrated in the trolley. Thus, the polluted agent is separated from the clean, reusable one. The concept is therefore able to use 100 percent of the absorbent and keeps all utensils at hand. The Toucan is an ergonomic solution for tidy, clean, and safe workplaces.

Only half of the wringing effort required
Wiz (image) is the unique plate wringer designed to maximise performance while minimising effort. It wrings out 10 to 20 per cent more than traditional wringers, quickly eliminating all excess water and reducing floor drying time. Its adjustment system allows four different wringing levels to be set, varying the moisture content of the mop according to your needs and keeping it constant with each wringing. The result is no longer dependent on the strength of the operator, who simply has to guide the lever to the end of the stroke, without being forced to repeat the operation several times. Whatever flat mops are used or the wringing intensity set, Wiz always requires half the effort compared to conventional wringers, reducing the risk of injury and muscle pain: field tests show a reduction in effort ranging from 50 to 70 per cent, resulting in less fatigue.

Better wipe disinfectability of the cleaning trolley components
The well-known VERMOP EQUIPE cleaning trolley (image above) has been gradually adapted over the last few months to meet the requirements of the new DIN 13063. From the very beginning, the EQUIPE has fulfilled the consistent separation of clean and unclean areas. However, the interior of the unclean unit has been improved by means of more extensive panelling. The edge protection has also been redesigned in terms of wipe disinfection and stability. Closed surfaces on the chemical centre and the Multibox as well as the new handle also make it possible to work in a more DIN-compliant manner. One mop for everything
The VERMOP UNIVERSAL ONe mop (image) is the product innovation among mop covers in 2023. The advantages of dry and wet cleaning are combined in one mop for the first time. When dry, the UNIVERSAL ONe picks up dust and dirt in the same quality as the VERMOP CERAN mop but can also be used wet with perfect gliding properties like a VERMOP WHITE MAGIC - thanks to additional water-absorbing microfibre. This means that only one type of mop cover is needed for many objects, which greatly improves the efficiency of the cleaning process. Because the UNIVERSAL ONe Mop saves time, costs, resources, training effort and also minimises application errors due to using a possibly "wrong" mop. A high area performance of up to 35 sqm, 100 percent climate neutrality and best cleaning results are also given. Thus: One mop for everything.
