Meeting Box, Silent Cubes, Modular Meeting Rooms... No matter what they are called. They serve as a quiet, soundproofed retreat and meeting cabin in one. And that - in the centre of the trade fair.

It's that simple:

Book an available slot early in the booking system. Come to the Meeting Cube at the booked time, hold your talks there and then dive back into the exciting sessions at CMS Berlin.

The Meeting Cube is available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You will also find a QR code on the Meeting Cube itself for booking on site - subject to availability.

Is a ticket required to get to the Meeting Cube?

Yes, every participating person needs a valid CMS Berlin ticket. Please note the different admission times for exhibitors and visitors.

What does the usage fee include?

The flat rate includes 50 minutes of use including basic equipment, energy and cleaning.

The Meeting Cube offers:

  • Two comfortable benches + table with space for up to 6 people
  • Various connections for laptops, tablets and cell phones (230V/ Schuko/ USB/ USB-C)
  • Sound-absorbing and low-vibration construction
  • Around 5 square meters of space
How long can I use the Meeting Cube?

The room is accessible to you for a maximum of 50 minutes per slot booking.

Please allow sufficient time for preparation and follow-up work for your meeting.

Is a laptop included in the Meeting Cube?

No, a laptop is not included and must be brought along.

Various connection options for laptop, tablet and cell phone are available (230V/ Schuko/ USB/ USB-C).

Can the seating or technical equipment be changed?

Changes cannot be made.

Is there Internet in the Meeting Cube?

There is free WLAN throughout the exhibition centre for all visitors and exhibitors. This is only suitable for simple e-mail traffic. A separate internet connection cannot be booked.

Where can I get the key for the room?

The room will be opened for you before the meeting.

When should I book a slot in the Meeting Cube?

As soon as possible, capacities are limited.
