Meeting Box, Silent Cubes, Modular Meeting Rooms... No matter what they are called. They serve as a quiet, soundproofed retreat and meeting cabin in one. And that - in the centre of the trade fair.

It's that simple:
Book an available slot early in the booking system. Come to the Meeting Cube at the booked time, hold your talks there and then dive back into the exciting sessions at CMS Berlin.
The Meeting Cube is available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
You will also find a QR code on the Meeting Cube itself for booking on site - subject to availability.

Yes, every participating person needs a valid CMS Berlin ticket. Please note the different admission times for exhibitors and visitors.
The flat rate includes 1 hour of use including basic equipment, energy, cleaning and self-service at a water dispenser and fully automatic coffee machine.
The included basic equipment of the Meeting Cube consists of:

The room is accessible to you for a maximum of 1 hour per slot booking.
Please allow sufficient time for preparation and follow-up work for your meeting.
A maximum of 2 slots may be booked per company.
As soon as possible, capacities are limited.

You can find possible, available time slots in real time directly in the booking.
No, a laptop is not included and must be brought along (HDMI cable available, DVI/VGA not possible).
The monitor has a resolution of 16:9.
The meeting cubes are equipped with block seating and a monitor. Changes cannot be made.
There is free WLAN throughout the exhibition centre for all visitors and exhibitors. This is only suitable for simple e-mail traffic. A separate internet connection cannot be booked.
A water dispenser and fully automatic coffee machine including crockery are included in the usage fee. No further catering can be booked.
The room will be opened for you before the meeting.
