Room booking request

Use the following web form to create a non-binding room booking enquiry for CMS Berlin 2025.

When you send the form, you will automatically receive an e-mail which you must confirm! Your enquiry will only be completed and we will receive your data once this e-mail has been confirmed.

The room booking process

1) Select room in the room overview

2) Fill in and send the form

3) Confirm link in automatic e-mail

4) Receive confirmation of receipt of the enquiry

5) CMS team contacts you with an offer

6) Send back signed offer

7) Room can be set up in the BECO webshop

Important information

There is a timeout after 30 minutes when completing the form!
When booking the hire period, take into account the preparation and follow-up work. It is not possible to enter the room earlier or leave it later
Your enquiry will only be sent to us once the link has been confirmed
The confirmation of receipt does not constitute a binding order confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability
The first-come-first-serve principle applies
