Yes, there is an internet connection for your booked room.

No. If you are unable to bring your own notebook, it is also possible to book a loan notebook. Please contact us before the start of the event for further advice.

In general, the rooms are rented without equipment. Please order equipment such as furniture and technology via the BECO Online Webshop.

If you have selected a room and it cannot be found in the room enquiry form, then it has either already been booked or cannot be booked for another reason.

We recommend that you choose 2 to 3 room favorites when selecting a room. Even if you have already made an enquiry, it is possible that the selected room has already been booked and the system has not yet updated the selection.

As early as possible. The first-come-first-served principle applies.

Our rooms are limited and demand is very high. Some rooms are already reserved in winter. From March onwards, room bookings are only possible to a limited extent.

Energy and final cleaning are included in the flat rate. If additional daily cleaning is required, this can be booked via the BECO Online Webshop.

Due to limited room capacities, we reserve the right to rent the rooms exclusively to main and co-exhibitors of CMS Berlin.

To request a room, it is necessary that the interested party is already registered as an exhibitor.

You can submit a non-binding enquiry for a room booking for CMS Berlin 2025 using the online form.

There are three periods available for booking:

• 23 - 26 Sep (75.00 EUR/sqm)*
• 22 - 27 Sep (100,00 EUR/sqm)*
• 08 - 29 Sep (125.00 EUR/sqm)*

As generally, you can use the room during the same period as you can use your stand or stay on the site.

The room rents are always to be understood as rents for a fixed period. Shorter use of the rooms therefore does not reduce the room hire charge. CMS Berlin does not rent rooms for a single day.

Individual time slots can be booked via the new Meeting Cubes.

The keys for our adjoining rooms can be collected from the exhibition management on presentation of a business card.

Key collection from the exhibition management is possible daily from 9:00 - 15:00 or by prior arrangement.
